The Pleurotus Pulmonarius flavour and morphology compare well with wild mushrooms. 3014 tolerates summer growing conditions but it grown well year-round allowing flushes to be well planned. 3014 creates small bunches and produces many spores. The stem is short and white in colour. The cap is medium in size with an average 7 cm diameter and is think and flat in shape. Depending on the temperature the colour ranges from light brown to brown. It has an excellent taste and stores well.
