S28 is the newest midrange off-white hybrid offered by Sylvan. Its vigorous growth provides excellent colonization and growth, even when conditions are slightly less than optimal. Mid-hybrid strains grow best in consistent, good quality active compost with a good differential between air and compost temperature but are tolerant of compost variations. The colonization rate during spawn run is quicker than most other mid-range off-white hybrids. S28’S ability to set many pins can be easily managed to suit your quality and yield needs. The colour, density, and overall quality of S28 has proven to be superior to other strains.
