KRYOS

KRYOS combines the advantages of both fast and winter strains producing in air temperature of up to 17 °C. KRYOS is high yielding and dark in colour. KRYOS is suitable for autumn and winter production. It produces large mushrooms with a round, large, thick cap and short stem. Best results are obtained by keeping the temperature under 18 °C, relative humidity between 85 and 90% CO2 level under 800ppm and good lighting. When the temperature is lower, the growth of the fruiting bodies slows down but results in mushrooms of better visual and physical quality.
